Members and guests are welcome to meet in person at Casa Chapala or to participate using Zoom. The club has invested in equipment to continue the Zoom option for members and guests who either cannot or choose not to attend the meeting in person. Members and guests who attend the meeting at Casa Chapala will receive an individual bill for the meal if the attendee chooses to either order from the menu or partake of the buffet.
Those who join using the Zoom link may log on as early as 11:50 am to enjoy informal conversation with fellow members.
The regular meeting starts at 12 noon CDT as usual.

Our Speaker this week, Dr. Matt Gordon, will be addressing the topic of his recent medical trip to Gaza.
About Dr. Matt Gordon:
Dr. Matt Gordon grew up an army brat, his father was a Vietnam veteran and taught at West Point. Matt moved to San Antonio where he attended high school and graduated from UT Austin. After college graduation, Matt went to dental school in San Antonio, then medical school and completed oral and Maxillofacial surgery residency at university of Nebraska medical center, in Omaha followed by fellowship in Melbourne Australia. For a good while, Matt was a member of the West Austin Rotary Club, when he was commuting between Austin and San Antonio. Matt is now in private practice in San Antonio, with a part time affiliation with San Antonio oral and Maxillofacial surgery residency program. During his free time enjoy bicycling, 10-14k miles/year.
