About Clay McPhail:
Clay McPhail is a former owner, founder & CEO of El Arroyo in Austin and the famous El Arroyo sign. He is the current owner of the 5280 Burger Bar on Wood Hollow Drive. Clay studied at the University of Texas at Austin. He was raised in Tyler, TX and went to Robert E. Lee high School, class of 1970. Clays is married to Julie Krumholz McPhail.
